SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions describe how MR Cargo LLC uses text messaging to communicate with customers, brokers, shippers, drivers, and driver applicants.

1. SMS Consent

By opting in to receive SMS messages from MR Cargo LLC, you consent to receive conversational and informational text messages from us.

Phone numbers and SMS consent information obtained through the SMS consent process will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

SMS consent is optional.

2. Types of SMS Communications

Depending on your relationship with MR Cargo LLC, SMS messages may include:

Transportation and Customer Communications

  • Shipment and load status updates

  • Pickup and delivery coordination

  • Driver arrival or departure updates

  • Estimated arrival information

  • Load or transportation coordination

  • Broker and shipper communications

  • Responses to customer inquiries

  • Service-related follow-up messages

Example:

“Hello, this is MR Cargo. Our driver has arrived at the pickup location for your load. Please let us know if you need any additional information. Reply STOP to opt out.”

Driver Recruiting Communications

For individuals applying to work with MR Cargo LLC, messages may include:

  • Driver application updates

  • Recruiting communications

  • Interview scheduling

  • Requests for application information

  • Hiring status updates

  • Onboarding-related communications

Example:

“Hello, this is MR Cargo regarding your driver application. We would like to schedule a phone interview. Please reply with your availability. Reply STOP to opt out.”

MR Cargo LLC does not use this SMS program to send unsolicited marketing or promotional messages.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on your relationship and interaction with MR Cargo LLC.

Customers, brokers, and shippers involved in an active shipment may receive multiple operational messages during pickup, transit, or delivery.

Driver applicants may receive messages as needed during the recruiting, application, interview, and onboarding process.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

MR Cargo LLC is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile carrier.

5. How to Opt In

You may consent to receive SMS messages from MR Cargo LLC through methods including:

  • Checking the optional SMS consent checkbox on a MR Cargo LLC website form

  • Providing consent during a direct conversation with an authorized MR Cargo LLC representative

  • Initiating an SMS conversation with MR Cargo LLC

Providing your phone number alone does not require you to consent to SMS communications.

6. How to Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying:

After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from MR Cargo LLC unless you later provide consent again.
